Green by Nature is looking for an experienced and motivated
Team Leader to lead our open-space maintenance crew (roadsides, parks & gardens) across various sites throughout Ipswich.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Mowing & Brushcutting Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring our crews deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality open-space maintenance services.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team to achieve outstanding results.
- Operating zero-turn mowers, brush cutters, and other maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining roadsides and open spaces to the highest standards.
- Conducting daily equipment inspections and ensuring machinery is well maintained.
- Completing scheduled maintenance and service requests.
- Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures.
- Working closely with your team while leading from the front.

What We're Looking For
You'll bring
- Experience in roadside zero-turn mowing and brush cutting.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a team (highly regarded).
- Current Manual Driver Licence.
- Construction White Card.
- ACDC Licence.
- Traffic Management experience or certification is highly regarded.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- A commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- The ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
