Great Vision Education Kim Pty Ltd is seeking qualified English teachers to join our tutoring team on a part-time basis. Based in Clyde North VIC 3978, this role offers a flexible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys. As a qualified teacher, you will deliver high-quality tutoring services tailored to individual student needs, helping them achieve their academic goals and build confidence in their learning.
What you'll be doing:
- Follow the lesson schedule using the teaching materials already prepared at the office.
- Maintain clear communication with students, parents and the tutoring centre management.
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Prepare detailed session notes and progress reports as required.
What we're looking for:
- Valid teaching qualification or relevant tertiary education in education or a subject discipline.
- Current or recent experience in teaching or tutoring students.
- Strong subject knowledge in one or more curriculum areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible ways.
- Patience, empathy and a genuine passion for supporting student learning.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
- Professional and reliable approach to part-time commitments.
- Working with Children Check (WWC) or willingness to obtain one.
- Preferred experience in one-on-one tutoring or small group instruction.
