Our experienced team focuses on providing high quality Home Care Services with family values to elderly clients and their families. Our focus is simply to provide Great Service to all our clients and genuinely support our amazing care workers.
The Position
To coordinate our care services to home-based clients. Tasks include:
- Listening to and understanding client service requests (verbal and written).
- Using your "matching" skills and our software to search for suitable care workers.
- Communicating with our care staff about service requests and client requirements.
- Liaising with our clients and care workers.
- Using our software system to search, communicate and book services.
- Dealing with all customer service issues.
- Dealing with all carer-related issues.
- Ensuring the roster and database are always accurate.

- Experience in Community Aged care an advantage
