Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority is seeking a Workforce Capability Manager to lead workforce planning, HR metrics, learning and development, and talent succession initiatives. The role drives continuous improvement aligned with the organisation’s strategic workforce plan and oversees LMS and entry-level programs including Indigenous Apprenticeship Program.
You will develop capabilities, coordinate training needs analyses, engage with managers and external providers, and design innovative solutions.
