We're currently seeking an experienced Gold Coast-based HSE Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of creating safe, high-performing sites, embedding a proactive safety culture, supporting our site teams, and ensuring every build reflects Graya's commitment to safety, compliance and excellence.

What You'll Do
- Champion a safety-first culture on site, leading by example and being a visible presence every day.
- Work closely with site teams, subcontractors and consultants to ensure compliance and build genuine engagement around safety.
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections and audits to maintain the highest safety standards across all stages of construction.
- Proactively identify hazards, investigate incidents and implement preventative actions to continuously improve site safety.
- Support the development, communication and implementation of safety plans, procedures and training.
- Partner with leaders to ensure WHS legislation, policies and company procedures are understood and applied across all projects.
Requirements
- A safety-first mindset with proven experience in health and safety on commercial construction sites. Experience in multi-rise projects is highly regarded.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at every level.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to risk and compliance.
- A Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent) is highly regarded.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to shaping a positive, high-performing safety culture.
