GRAYA on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to lead the finishing stage on luxury multi-residential and mixed-use projects.
You will own the finishing process, coordinate trades, and ensure every residence is completed to GRAYA's detail-led standards.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will drive trade performance, manage quality and defects, and push the finishing programme through to practical completion and handover, with a focus on precision and premium workmanship.
