Digital Marketing Account Manager (Junior & Senior) in Tweed Heads South

Gravitate is hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our growing team.

You've been a digital marketer for years, with strong knowledge across paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, websites and marketing strategy. You love building relationships, growing businesses and the fast pace of a digital agency.

You MUST bring deep, hands on expertise in at least ONE of these pillars, ideally more:

• Paid Ads: Meta Ads and/or Google Ads. We also manage all other ads platforms, however these platforms are our main focus.
• SEO: Technical SEO, content, strategy and organic growth.
• Email Marketing: Klaviyo, CRM, automation and performance.

Think 5+ years of genuine experience in your specialty. Our Account Managers understand Ads, SEO and Email as a minimum, alongside websites and broader marketing strategy.

Don't know it all? That's fine. You just need to learn super freaky flucking fast, with support from our experienced team of mentors, our training programs and some 1:1's if useful.

Expect The Following:

What:

As a key member and keyboard warrior of our marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in client and account management, supported by hands‑on digital strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Client relationship and account management
• Reporting, analysis and communicating results
• Marketing strategy and campaign planning
• Google and Meta Ads (and others) optimisations
• Email Marketing optimisations
• SEO optimisations
• Managing a small team in your "Client Pod", who may support you as technicians to deliver
• Copywriting and content direction
• Creative direction and briefing
• Identifying opportunities across email, websites, AI and SEO
• Internal systems improvements, team training and your personal leadership growth is expected
• Working collaboratively with specialists across our wider team

You won't be left alone to figure everything out. We work together in pods across clients, strategies and departments.

When:

Monday-Friday. Minimum 3 days in the office with 2 days (optional) work from home. You must have an excellent at home internet connection and at home office working environment.

Where:

Our office and creative studio are located just off the highway in Tweed Heads, between the Gold Coast and Byron Bay.

We do have remote Australian team members. However, we will almost certainly prioritise strong candidates who can work from our Tweed Heads headquarters each week.
