You’re social media obsessed, you know instinctively what works on socials, you’re up to date with the latest trends and you know creators like they’re your besties irl. You’ve got a few years experience under your belt but you’re finding you’re a small cog in a big machine, you want to grow - more responsibility, more autonomy, more strategy - you’re ready to step into something bigger.
What we’re offering is exactly that; you’ll have a seat at the table, you’ll run your own accounts, and you’ll learn from the best. You’ll be mentored by the agency founder, gleaning from 20 years of marketing experience, and you’ll report into the social lead, learning from years of eCom insights of growing brands from the ground up.
This role is fast-paced and hands on, it will build out your skillset and fast track your career like no other. You’ll be in every WIP and have input into new business strategies - but we’ll be honest we set a high bar. We go the extra mile to produce content that gets noticed and adds value, for us ‘good enough’ isn’t good enough. We create content people actually want to watch, share and save, and the calibre of brands we’ve been entrusted to work on isn’t lost on us.
You’ll become the person in the agency who makes things happen - delivering campaigns end to end - from concept ideation and approval, content team briefing, partnerships liaison, scheduling, captioning and reporting. You’ll be driving the content briefing, planning monthly LoFi content shoots, delivering paid social media campaigns and PR sendouts. This is not a passive account management role - it’s for someone who understands what works on social, moves quickly, and can turn ideas into content that performs.
More about you: You enjoy working independently and you believe in extreme accountability. You work fast and you’re focussed, you don't need constant noise or people around you to stay motivated. You’re super organised, your jobs list is sharp and your campaigns are always on track. You’re a good human with a can-do attitude who loves looking after clients. You're curious, open minded, self-motivated and always eager to learn and grow. With a sharp mind and strong attention to detail, you'll take ownership of campaigns from start to finish. Above all, you'll fit our culture of genuine, collaborative people who are easy to work with.
What’s the environment like? You’ll be surrounded by like-minded social media and PR account managers in a boutique agency setting in the heart of Darlinghurst.
