About this role:
An opportunity has become available for a National Audit Learning Manager to join our collaborative and diverse Audit team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Audit professional who enjoys developing others, researching technical topics, creating technical content and facilitating learning.
Working closely with the Head of Learning—Audit and subject matter experts, you will support the development and delivery of technical learning across our national Audit practice. You will help refresh existing learning content, create new learning content by translating complex technical requirements into practical training, and facilitate engaging learning sessions for our people.
Key responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Head of Learning—Audit and subject matter experts to incorporate auditing standards, accounting standards, regulatory developments and Audit methodologies into blended learning programs.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical and engaging learning content.
- Facilitate technical learning sessions nationally for Audit professionals across different levels of experience, from Graduate to Partner.
- Develop learning materials for both digital learning, and live face-to-face learning programs, including presentations, facilitator guides, podcast scripts, videos, practical examples, case studies and supporting resources.
- Support the delivery of onboarding and induction programs for new Audit team members.
Please note that this role will involve interstate travel to our other GT offices across Australia.

- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management.
- A collaborative approach and confidence working with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders.
- A genuine interest in learning, capability development and helping Audit professionals grow their technical expertise.
