Granicus is seeking a results-oriented Manager, Customer Success to lead the ANZ team from a remote-first environment in Australia. You will drive adoption, retention and growth across public sector customers, coaching the team to operate as trusted advisers and partnering with Sales, Implementation, Support, Product and Marketing.
