Grange Meat Co. is looking for an experienced Butcher to join our processing team.
You'll cut, trim, bone and portion beef, lamb and pork to meet wholesale and quality specifications.

- Cut, bone, trim and portion beef, lamb and pork to specification
- Prepare wholesale orders accurately and to deadline
- Maintain quality, yield and presentation standards
- Follow OHS, food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production targets
About You
- Trade qualification or solid experience as a butcher/boner
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of beef, lamb and pork cuts
- Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work in a cold environment
