Grandview Kitchens & Joinery is looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our busy manufacturing team.
This is a varied role involving cabinet making, factory production and assisting with joinery deliveries. We're looking for someone with experience in the cabinet-making or joinery industry who is willing to get involved in different aspects of the business.

About the Role
Your duties may include:
- Assembling and knocking up cabinets in the factory
- Assisting with loading and unloading cabinetry and joinery for deliveries
- Accompanying our delivery driver to residential and building sites
- Helping to safely handle, protect and position finished cabinetry
- General cabinet-making and production duties
- Preparing, packing and wrapping cabinetry for delivery
- Assisting with cutting, edging and other factory processes where required
- Organising materials and maintaining a clean and safe workplace
- Assisting other team members wherever needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in cabinet making, joinery or a similar manufacturing environment
- Experience assembling and knocking up cabinets
- 3rd or 4th year cabinet-making apprentices are encouraged to apply
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to read basic cabinetry drawings would be an advantage
- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Physically capable of handling cabinetry and assisting with deliveries
- Reliable, punctual and a good team player
- A positive attitude and willingness to take on different tasks
- A current driver's licence preferred
- MR or HR truck licence would be a bonus, but is not essential
