We are currently looking for a highly motivated, well-presented and enthusiastic Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to join the Deliveries team. This position requires previous customer service experience within the motor industry and the ability to work as part of a team along with a professional vehicle handover experience for our clients and continual updating of our client database.
Ideally you will have experience in:
- High level customer service (face to face)
- Persuasive and engaging oral communications skills
- Motor vehicle features knowledge and a passion for our industry
The main duties of a Delivery Coordinator are to co-ordinate the final step in the vehicle sales process. Your job will include (at the handover stage) to demonstrate the features of the vehicle and complete all the necessary data logging and paperwork to ensure a transition of our customers into the Aspley Mazda family.
The successful candidate must be able to prioritise and have good organisational skills, be well groomed and display exceptional customer service with an excellent phone manner. All applicants must have a very positive approach and be able to demonstrate reliability, discipline, commitment and honesty on a daily basis.
