Grand Pacific Health in the Northern Sydney area is seeking a Clinical Practice Lead for the Integrated Wellbeing Hub. This role can be full-time or part-time, on a fixed term until 30 June 2027 with extension, and a hybrid work arrangement.
You will partner with the Service Manager and multidisciplinary teams to strengthen clinical practice, drive quality improvement and provide clinical consultation across GPH programs.
