Grand Group Services is seeking a highly motivated and experiencedSecurity Supervisorto lead and oversee the day-to-day security operations at a prestigious and professional site. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a focus on maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate security officers during shifts
Ensure all security operations comply with site-specific SOPs, policies, and legislation
Conduct regular patrols, audits, and incident reviews
Provide professional and customer-focused service at all times
Act as the key point of contact for Centre Management and emergency services
Assist with rostering, training, and performance management of staff
Respond to incidents promptly and prepare accurate, detailed reports
Oversee access control, CCTV monitoring, and alarm systems
Current VIC Security Licence (1AE minimum)
Previous experience in a supervisory security role (3+ years preferred)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanour
Proven ability to lead a team and manage high-pressure situations
First Aid & CPR (current)
Strong understanding of WHS practices and emergency response
High attention to detail and proactive attitude
Experience in retail or corporate environment
Experience with incident reporting systems
