Grampians Health is seeking motivated RN Grade 2 Emergency Nurses to join our dedicated Emergency Department team in Horsham. - Deliver high-quality, patient-centred emergency care across a broad case-mix
- Work within a 24/7 rotating roster including weekends and nights
- Apply sound clinical assessment and decision-making skills in acute situations
- Collaborate within a strong multidisciplinary team
- Be supported to maintain and advance emergency-specific competencies
What We're Looking For You Will Bring
- Current AHPRA registration as a division 1 Registered Nurse
- Minimum 1 year experience in the emergency setting
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment
- Confidence using clinical information systems and technology
