Grampians Health is seeking a detail‑focused Private Billing Officer to support private and compensable patient billing across the organisation. Reporting to the Manager – Private Billing, this role is key to ensuring accurate billing, revenue optimisation, and timely debt recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise private and compensable patient accounts.
- Follow up outstanding invoices and short payments.
- Liaise with internal or external stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in revenue, billing, or transactional services.
- Experience in administration/customer service within health environment.
