GrainCorp’s Cryon site is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to report to the Site Manager and lead a team of Grain Handlers in safe receival, storage and outload of grain by road and rail.
You will coordinate day-to-day workflow, develop relationships with growers and customers, assist in budgeting and KPI targets, support peak periods, and supervise a large seasonal workforce across multiple sites.
