This is an opportunity to play a part in that story by:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of GrainCorp’s Dubbo spare parts warehouse, ensuring critical maintenance parts and consumables are accurately received, stored and issued.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy through stock control, cycle counts and SAP transactions, ensuring stock is correctly booked in and out.
- Organising and optimising warehouse layouts, labelling and storage systems to improve efficiency and accessibility.
- Supporting the maintenance team by ensuring timely availability of parts and consumables to meet operational requirements.
- Maintaining a safe, clean and compliant warehouse environment while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a fixed-term opportunity through to August 2027, covering parental leave and offering the chance to make a meaningful impact within our Maintenance team.
About you:
- Current Forklift Licence (essential).
- Experience in warehouse, stores or inventory management, ideally within a maintenance, industrial or operational environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage stock movements and inventory records.
- Comfortable using systems and technology, with SAP experience highly regarded or a willingness to learn.
- A self-starter who can work independently, manage priorities and take ownership of outcomes.
