Our client is looking to recruit a high calibre professional with excellent communication and investigative skills, looking to establish a permanent career within their Intervention team and be part of the exciting future of this organisation.
This division is key to the business, the team are responsible for starting the journey of their clients' case.
As a member of this team, you will be allocated cases to manage, dealing with a range of different clients.
You will be required to investigate each case and ensure you have all the data correct, this will involve communication with the client, being able to listen and ask the right questions.
It will also be your responsibility to decide which members of other teams will need to be allocated work and who you need to communicate with.
You will keep track on each case until completion and eventually follow up with a call where the NPS (Net Promotor Score) is managed with emphasis on exceptional customer service.
