About the role
You'll take responsibility for coordinating and overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring our people, resources and services are working together to deliver the best possible outcomes. This is an autonomous role with the opportunity to make a real impact, lead and develop an operational team, and work with an iconic, nationally recognised brand.
What will you be doing?
Overseeing operations: Coordinating daily activities, labour, vehicles and resources to ensure efficient operations and quality service delivery.
Leading people: Managing, supporting, and developing operational personnel while maintaining a safe, productive workplace.
Driving performance: Monitoring operational costs, budgets and KPIs while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service standards.
Managing resources: Overseeing company property, equipment, and site security while coordinating major logistical projects and operational needs.
What you’ll bring
Previous experience in operations, logistics or a supervisory role
Strong leadership, organisational and problem‑solving skills
The ability to plan, coordinate and manage competing priorities
Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
Computer literacy and a strong customer service focus
