We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented International Coordinator to join our international team in a permanent part-time role, working 25 hours per week. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational and customer service skills to support the smooth delivery of international moving services while building their experience in a fast-paced, global environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating international shipments in line with customer expectations and agreed timeframes
- Managing shipping schedules and associated documentation
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing shipment updates
- Providing general administrative support to the international team
What You’ll Bring
- Experience or qualifications in Import/Export (preferred)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently
