Based in our Willawong office, this role is focused on telephone-based sales, converting enquiries into opportunities and generating leads for our on-road Sales Consultants. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage incoming sales enquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Identify customer needs and promote relevant services
- Schedule qualified appointments for on-road Sales Consultants
- Follow up on leads to maximise conversion opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records and update internal systems
The Right Fit
- Confident communicator with a strong interest in sales and lead generation
- Results-driven, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert enquiries
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Proactive, motivated and comfortable working towards sales targets
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
- Previous sales or telemarketing experience preferred
