Grace 4 Kids Early Learning Centre is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator or trainee to join our warm, community-focused team in Merrylands. We are committed to ensuring that children's safety, welfare and wellbeing are always our highest priority.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging, play-based programs that support children's learning and development
- Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years
- Observe and document children's progress to inform individualised learning plans
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team to uphold high-quality, child-safe practices
- Maintain compliance with all regulations, policies and child-safe standards
What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or willingness to begin a traineeship (we will support you through your studies)
- Experience in early learning or long day care (preferred but not essential — we welcome motivated applicants who are new to the field)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Creativity and a passion for play-based learning
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- A genuine commitment to children's safety, wellbeing and development
- Current First Aid, CPR and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain these
