About Us: GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is a leading process engineering consulting and contracting company that specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries. We currently have multiple projects on the go and our projection for growth means we are actively looking for talent across all areas of our business.

The Opportunity: We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Trade and Labour Recruiter to join our team based in our Ascot Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity to join GRES during a period of significant growth as a result of major project awards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

About You:

• Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, ideally within the Construction industry.
• Experience in the recruitment of construction trades and labour (Fitters, Electricians, BMWs, Riggers etc).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and computer skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Strong communication skills and a reliable, team-oriented approach.
