GQ is seeking a Leasing Manager to drive successful lease-ups and ongoing leasing performance for Queens Village in Melbourne. You will maximise occupancy and rental revenue with a proactive, sales-focused approach, reporting to the Residence Manager and managing the leasing journey from enquiry to move-in.
You will proactively drive pre-leasing, respond to inquiries, conduct private appointments and open inspections, and collaborate with the Marketing Team to showcase the community.
