About the role
We're seeking Casual or Full Time Baristas to join us for the opening of our new venue in Bull Creek, WA 6149. You'll work in a fast-paced, vibrant bar and beverage environment, delivering outstanding service as part of a dedicated team. This is a rare chance to be part of something from the ground up, with the opportunity to shape the cafe how you want it and help maintain the culture and standards from day one.

What You'll Do
Coffee & Service
Pull consistently high-quality shots and manage multi-orders during busy service
Engage customers with warmth, confidence, and personality
Collaborate with the FOH team for seamless service
Operations
Dial in and set up the coffee station to a high standard daily
Manage stock, maintain equipment, and keep the workspace clean and organised
Culture
Build relationships with the local community, create a welcoming environment for everyone around us.
Contribute to menu changes and improvements, and pitch in across other areas when needed
What We're Looking For
1–2 years barista experience in a fast-paced café
Confident with dial-ins, milk texturing, and multi-order management
Knowledge of batch brew, cold brew and all non-coffee drinks
Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
Available for early mornings, weekends, and peak periods
