About the Role
GPK Group is seeking a full-time Level 2 Service Desk Engineer to join our Hallam, VIC office. You will play a hands-on role across our end-to-end Service Desk and onsite desktop work, designing, building, testing, and implementing ICT systems and solutions while driving client projects.
Duties
- Design, build, test, and implement ICT systems and solutions for clients.
- Drive client projects and manage the end-to-end service delivery process.
- Document project scopes and maintain accurate technical records.
- Provide network and hardware management for clients across various technology areas.
- Support, advise, coach, mentor, and train stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in an MSP environment across Level 1 and Level 2 roles.
- Experience with firewalls, Microsoft platforms, virtual environments, and ticketing systems.
- Experience managing complex multisite clients and technical accounts.
- Relevant IT qualification with a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Base salary from $70,000 - $80,000 + Super plus after-hours pay opportunities.
