About the role:
Your role as a Retail Coordinator is to create & manage promotion displays, product placement, merchandising, store presentation, & customer service, assisting customers at the counter & in the showroom. Other aspects of the role include:
- Always display a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
- Provide friendly, accurate service & advice to Repco customers
- Maintain store standards, including presentation & merchandising, planogram changes, dressing the store & in-store promotions
- Process stock; receive, dispatch & store + ensure showroom is well stocked
- Be an enthusiastic, cooperative & collaborative team member
- Roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock. This is a hands-on role that involves lifting, bending, and climbing as part of your day
