Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven leader to scale delegate registrations, sponsorship revenue, and strategic partnerships. This is a high-impact role working directly with the Founder.
Key Responsibilities
Delegate Growth
- Drive delegate sales across all conferences
- Optimise digital campaigns
- Manage CRM systems
Sponsorship & Exhibitions
- Develop longterm sponsorship package sales
- Manage exhibitor pipeline
- Build industry partnerships
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Oversee campaigns
- Improve conversion rates
- Launch new channels
Partnerships
- Build relationships with RACGP, PHNs, GP clinics and corporate groups
- Pricing strategy
- Upselling opportunities
- Revenue optimisation
KPIs
- Delegate numbers
