We're looking for a motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team in a dynamic part-time role supporting our business operations functions nationally.
This position requires 20-25 hours per week commitment.

About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and day-to-day business operations. From recruitment and onboarding to compliance coordination, training administration, and operational support — no two days will be the same.
Extensive experience in recruitment and onboarding processes is essential for this role.
A minimum of 5+ years of HR experience is required.
Australian work rights must be held at the time of application.
What You'll Be Doing
HR & People Coordination
- Supporting recruitment activities including screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Preparing employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and HR correspondence
- Maintaining employee records and HR systems
- Assisting with policies, procedures, and HR administration
- Supporting probation reviews and performance review processes
- Coordinating employee onboarding and induction programs
- Coordinate Workers Compensation and Return to Work responsibilities
