The opportunity: Gowrie has been selected as the provisional provider of a new early learning service in Craigieburn as part of the Victorian Government’s Kindergarten on School Sites program. This expansion allows us to provide high-quality early learning to more children and families in the Hume community.
We’re looking for a Kindergarten Manager to join our team in ensuring the success of these new services. The Kindergarten Manager will act as Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader, alongside their role as a qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT). You’ll bring experience in a leadership role within the early childhood sector, alongside current VIT registration and recent teaching experience.
You’ll lead, coach, and inspire a team of ECTs and educators in developing and implementing a high-quality pedagogical program with responsibility for compliance, people management and enrolments at the service.
