Dealing with Ultra high net worth clients and very intelligent colleagues, our client is keen to meet with individuals who have had one to three plus years’ experience in stockbroking / Financial Planning / client service or are currently a Client Service Manager / Associate / Advisor assistant looking for a new opportunity.
Supporting 4 Senior UHNW advisors, this is a mature and very busy desk. This role has a positive mix of administration, on-boarding, transitions, and client service-related duties, will be involved in corporate deals, client meetings, operational functions, training and support will be provided. This is a high performing desk and are keen to partner with client centric and driven candidates.
- Degree Qualified: Finance, Commerce, Accounting or Business essential
- Exceptional client service focus
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Display a high level of resilience and strong ability to prioritise tasks
- Goal-oriented with demonstrated drive and initiative
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of domestic and international markets, managed funds and other financial products is desirable
- Strong reporting experience.
- Experience within wealth management, financial planning or professional services.
