About the role
- Manage the end to end process for incoming claims in a cohesive team environment.
- Effectively interpret policy coverage based on claim information.
- Ensure all stakeholders are updated throughout the process of the claim.
- Maintain records and compliance requirements via the Claims Management System.
Qualifications and Experience
- You have experience in property and motor claims or broad exposure across multiple classes of insurance.
- Tertiary education is highly regarded, though not mandatory - insurance qualifications are a plus too!
- Ability to produce strong settlement results for clients.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
