The Role
Working Monday–Friday, you’ll oversee Sales and Property Management Trust Accounts across the business, working closely with the Sales and Property Management teams.
- Manage Sales & Property Management Trust Accounting
- Complete daily/monthly reconciliations and reporting
- Manage forecasting, budgets and cash flow reporting
- Run mid-month and end-of-month statements and payments
- Assist with audits, disbursements and ad hoc accounting duties
- The Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is confident in real estate trust accounting and enjoys being part of a high-performing team. You’ll ideally have:
- Previous real estate trust accounting experience
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Strong communication skills
- A proactive "can-do" attitude
