You’ll manage the contractual and commercial side of large-scale data centre construction and fitout projects. You’ll protect the business’s entitlements, keep subcontractors and clients aligned, and support project teams delivering complex builds to tight programmes. This is a chance to build deep data centre experience with a contractor that has a strong pipeline of work, and to progress toward Senior Contract Administrator or Contracts Manager.

- Preparing and managing variations, extension of time claims and delay notices with supporting evidence
- Processing payment claims and schedules under the NSW Security of Payment Act
- Issuing subcontract documents and purchase orders, and tracking insurances, guarantees and retentions
- Supporting cost reporting, forecasting and monthly project reporting
- Working closely with project managers, site teams, designers, subcontractors and clients
- Flagging contractual risk early and supporting practical completion, defects and final account close-out
About you
- 3 to 5 years of contract administration experience in commercial construction or fitout, with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder or head contractor
- Working knowledge of Australian standard contracts (e.g. AS 4000, AS 4902) and bespoke client contracts
- A solid understanding of Security of Payment and the claims process
- Organised, detail-focused and calm under pressure
- Right to work in Australia
- Highly regarded data centre or other mission-critical experience (hyperscale, colocation, healthcare, labs), design-and-construct or ECI exposure, and a tertiary qualification in construction, QS, law or commerce.
What’s on offer
