Day to Day
- Manage a portfolio of 150 properties with LOADS of support
- NO leasing
- NO routines
- NO BDM duties
- NO trust accounting
- + VA admin support!
Experience Required
- Minimum of 1-2+ years of experience as a Property Manager
- Open to Assistant/Junior Property Managers
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Strong attention to detail
- QLD Certificate of Registration required
