An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a highly regarded real estate agency on Sydney's North Shore. Offering a salary package of up to $120,000, a Monday to Friday working week and excellent support, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team where you can focus on managing your portfolio without being stretched across every aspect of the department.
You will take ownership of an established portfolio with the assistance of a dedicated Leasing Consultant and Junior Property Manager, allowing you to focus on client relationships and delivering exceptional property management services.

The Role
- Manage an established residential portfolio from end to end
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct outgoing inspections and prepare detailed reports
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance, including quotes and approvals
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy agreements
- Oversee rental arrears, breach notices and tenancy disputes
- Prepare for and attend NCAT hearings when required
- Liaise with tradespeople, contractors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation
- Identify opportunities for new business and portfolio growth
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Maintain accurate records using PropertyMe
About You
- Previous experience as a Senior Property Manager is essential
- Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
- Confident handling NCAT matters and tenancy disputes
- Current Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Experience using PropertyMe is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, professional and team-focused attitude
