The Role
- Manage an established portfolio of approximately 150 properties
- Portfolio covering the Mandurah & Peel region.
- Dedicated Property Management Assistant
- Shared VA support assisting with maintenance, new tenancy checklists and lease renewals
- 95% office-based with minimal out-of-office appointments
- Strong focus on building relationships with owners and tenants

About You
- Ideally 2–3+ years' experience managing your own portfolio
- Current WA Property Management Registration
- Confident, organised and able to take ownership of your portfolio
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A positive, switched-on personality who enjoys being part of a team
- A standout junior PM ready to step up into a larger portfolio may also be considered
