An established independent commercial agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join its team in a newly available floater position, based in their established CBD office.
With over 30 years of industry experience, this is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable Melbourne agency with a strong commercial and industrial portfolio, a stable team and a genuinely supportive working environment.
Initially, you will manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 190 industrial properties, with the opportunity to work across the wider property management team and provide additional support where required.
With no trust accounting, a dedicated Assistant and experienced Directors to work alongside, this role offers an excellent balance of autonomy, variety and support.
The Role
- Manage an initial portfolio of approximately 190 industrial properties.
- Oversee the end-to-end commercial property management function.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, compliance and property-related matters.
- Handle VCAT matters as required.
- Work collaboratively with the wider property management team.
- Provide floater support across the portfolio when needed.
- Work alongside experienced Directors and senior leaders.
Location: Melbourne CBD
Portfolio Condition: Very well maintained
Trust Accounting: Not required
