About the Role:
Working closely with the Project Manager and Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of new build apartment projects. The role will involve managing subcontract procurement, contract administration and cost control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years' experience working as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry
- Experience working on new build apartment or multi-residential projects
- Strong understanding of subcontract procurement, contract management and variations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with project teams
