The Role
As Centre Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day management and performance of the shopping centre, ensuring it continues to deliver outstanding results for both retailers and customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all daily centre operations
- Building strong relationships with retailers, contractors and stakeholders
- Driving retailer engagement and enhancing the customer experience
- Supporting leasing initiatives, casual mall leasing and tenancy mix strategies
- Managing budgets, financial reporting and retailer sales analysis
- Coordinating marketing campaigns, community events and centre activations
- Overseeing digital marketing and retailer communications
- Managing contractors, facilities and WHS compliance
About You
- Previous experience managing a retail shopping centre
- Experience using Cirrus8 is highly regarded
- Strong commercial and financial management skills
- Excellent stakeholder and retailer relationship management experience
- Solid understanding of facilities management and contractor coordination
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to work autonomously
