With a strong pipeline of luxury residential projects, they are seeking a Senior Architect to play a key role in leading project delivery from concept through to completion. As a Senior Architect, you'll take ownership of complex multi-residential projects, leading consultant coordination, client engagement, and project delivery while mentoring junior team members. You'll work closely with senior leadership on projects that positively shape urban communities and set new benchmarks in residential design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-end multi-residential projects throughout all project phases
- Coordinate consultants, authorities, and project stakeholders
- Oversee documentation, design development, and project delivery
- Manage client relationships and project outcomes
- Mentor and support architects and graduates within the team
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
