The Role:
- Work alongside the lead agent to identify, qualify and nurture prospective buyers and sellers.
- Assist with property appraisals, inspections, client meetings and negotiations.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients.
- Keep across local market activity, property values and emerging opportunities.
- Assist with listing presentations, marketing campaigns and property launches.
- Coordinate open homes, private inspections and client events.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from initial enquiry through to settlement.

About you:
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
- Minimum 2 years' residential sales experience in an Associate capacity or above.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Immaculate presentation and a professional approach.
- Highly motivated, ambitious and eager to develop your career.
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
