Leasing Manager in Brisbane

THE ROLE:

• Lead the leasing department and oversee the Leasing Consultant.
• Manage the end-to-end residential leasing process.
• Handle rental enquiries and conduct tenant viewings.
• Provide landlords with leasing feedback and rental reviews.
• Launch properties online and manage rental advertising.
• Build strong landlord and tenant relationships.
• Ensure properties are presented at their best.
• Work closely with the BDM and Property Management teams.

THE CANDIDATE:

• Previous residential leasing experience.
• Current QLD Real Estate Salesperson Certificate.
• Valid QLD driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Inspect Real Estate experience; PropertyMe preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Organised, proactive and detail-focused.
• Target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Strong local area knowledge.
