- $200,000 - $240,000 + super, plus performance bonuses

About the role
You will manage a senior portfolio of plaintiff common law claims and guide the lawyers and paralegals working with you.
- Run complex public liability, medical negligence and intentional torts claims from first advice through to resolution
- Lead negotiations, settlement conferences and mediations, and brief counsel in the District and Supreme Courts
- Mentor and review the work of lawyers and paralegals in the common law team
- Build relationships with clients and referrers, and contribute to business development
What you'll bring
- 10+ years PAE in plaintiff personal injury, with a strong common law focus
- Unrestricted NSW practising certificate
- A strong record of running complex litigated files to successful outcomes
