Looking for more flexibility and independence in your working week? We're working with an established allied health provider on the Sunshine Coast that's looking for a Community Physiotherapist to join their growing team on a part time or full time basis. With a varied Aged Care and NDIS caseload, the freedom to manage your own schedule and the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working autonomously without feeling like they're on their own. Whether you're an experienced Community Physiotherapist or considering a move away from the traditional clinic environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Why this Role?

  • $85,000-$110,000 + Super - Salary dependent on your experience.
  • Company car and fuel card - Home-garaged vehicle provided, so there's no need to use your personal car for client visits.
  • Work close to home - Community appointments within a 30 km radius of your home location & WFH for admin tasks.
  • Flexibility to suit your lifestyle - Choose between part-time or full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Autonomy over your day - Enjoy managing your own schedule without being tied to a clinic.
  • Less time spent on administration - Dedicated administrative support takes care of initial client bookings and invoicing.
  • A varied caseload - Work with roughly 50% Aged Care and 50% NDIS clients, supporting mobility, rehabilitation and independence.
  • Ongoing clinical development - Weekly mentoring, $2,000 annual CPD allowance, regular in-services, case conferencing and specialist workshops.
  • Additional benefits - Access to an Employee Assistance Program, wellbeing initiatives and staff discounts.

What does the role involve?

You’ll be supporting clients across the Sunshine Coast in their homes and local communities, helping them improve their mobility, independence and quality of life. Rather than spending your entire day in the same treatment room, you’ll have the opportunity to work in different environments, build genuine relationships with clients and support them to achieve meaningful everyday goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Physiotherapy assessments and developing individualised treatment plans.
  • Supporting clients with mobility, rehabilitation, pain management and functional independence.
  • Working collaboratively with other allied health professionals to deliver person-centred care.
  • Managing your appointments and maintaining clinical documentation, with administrative and multidisciplinary support available.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Ability to work independently in a community-based setting.

Additional information

  • Company vehicle + laptop provided | Support at Home & NDIS Caseload.
  • Travel within 30km radius from your home & WFH for admin tasks.
  • $2,000 annual CPD allowance & Weekly Clinical Supervision.
