About the Company
Our client is a specialist compounding pharmacy north of the Sydney CBD, preparing bespoke medications for individual patients. For you, that means technical, clinical work in a lab setting rather than retail dispensing.
About the Position
Our client is looking for a full time Compounding Pharmacist for its pharmacy in the Hornsby district. You will:
- Compound and dispense customised medications with precision
- Conduct medication reviews and in-depth patient counselling
- Keep detailed records in a fast-paced lab environment, in line with AHPRA and compounding standards
The role is non-customer-facing, so your day centres on technical work and clinical conversations, not a busy front counter. You choose your daily start time, which keeps a full time role workable around school runs and family commitments. Specialist compounding mentorship is built in, so you develop a niche skill set that general dispensing rarely offers.
Key Requirements
Essential:
- Current, unrestricted general registration with AHPRA as a Pharmacist
- Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for clinical counselling
- Available for full time hours
Desirable: a collaborative approach and eagerness to learn
On Offer
Our client offers:
- Flexible start times to suit family life
- Specialist compounding mentorship and training
- Stable, predictable shifts
- Easy access by road or rail, with ample parking
