Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or strong experience as a Chef de Partie ready to step up
Confidence in managing kitchen operations when the Head Chef is away
Ability to lead, train, and support kitchen staff
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Creativity with menu development and specials
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
