Goodwin is seeking a Clinical Care Manager (Clinical Care Partner) to provide clinical leadership, case management and care coordination across our Home Care services in the ACT and NSW.
Reporting to the Home Care Nurse Consultant, you will lead personalised care planning and oversee safe service delivery for a portfolio of clients, working with clients, families, Care Partners and healthcare providers to meet goals.
